Hello, and thank you for reading my blog. It is so fun to write because art and animals have fascinated me all my life.

This comes out in my painting, blogging, writing & illustrating, as I am a learning aids designer, and wildlife artist.

I know animals were put here on the earth for us to enjoy, and knowing them is crucial to the amount of enjoyment we receive. Recent studies have shown that for kids, being able to identify an animal gives as much pleasure as winning a video game.  How about that!

For my views on why I’m blogging about species identification, read my first post So Who Cares About Edible Dormice Anyway?

You can see my artwork here at Fine Art Studio Online, and you can contact me directly in the comment section of my posts!
